Student Programs

Summer Enrichment

Grades K-5

For students in grades K-5, we’ve built an innovative curriculum to combat summer learning loss. Every year, our Summer Enrichment program engages students with academic, social, and emotional learning so that students can rise up to the leaders that they can be.

Our Summer Enrichment program includes:

    • Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and English Language Arts (ELA) activities
    • Field trips and group project activities
    • Sports and physical activities

Afterschool Enrichment

Grades K-5

For students in grades K-5, our Afterschool Enrichment program prepares students to enter high-performing middle schools, which often have strict acceptance requirements and challenging academic schedules. We equip students with a stable foundation of skills so that they can successfully navigate middle school and beyond.

Our Afterschool Enrichment program includes:

    • Targeted academic support
    • Personal & social development
    • Emotional care

Middle School Launch

Grades 6-12

For students in grades 6-12, our Launch program serves as a pathway to success when students transition to middle school and high school. We know that students learn best when they feel engaged and have the opportunity to explore concepts and skills through a variety of formats, so students choose from different age-appropriate enrichment activities including theater, STEM, photography, and health & wellness.

Our Launch program includes:

    • Targeted academic support
    • Afterschool enrichment activities such as theater; photography; science, technology, engineering, & math (STEM); and health & wellness
    • College prep

Mentoring

Grades K-12

For students in grades K-12, our mentoring program connects students with long-term, transformative mentoring relationships where they can feel seen and known. Mentoring supports students in areas of faith, self awareness and discovery, cultural identity, goal setting and healthy relationships.

Mentoring operates primarily on Saturday mornings, from September to June. All volunteer mentors go through a rigorous application and screening process and commit for at least one year.

Our Mentoring program includes:

    • Volunteer mentors
    • Activities designed to support academic, social and spiritual development
    • Field trips and outdoor recreational activities

We provide holistic support for both students & families.
