Since 1988, Operation Exodus has been building transformational relationships with Latino students and families. Our programs equip and empower hundreds of students and families, providing holistic academic, social and emotional care in English and Spanish.

We help every student to achieve their highest potential, walking alongside families to raise lifelong learners and community-minded leaders.

We launch NYC Latino Youth to college and lives of excellence through educational opportunities and transformational relationships.

Students achieving their God-given potential.

Operation Exodus was founded after witnessing the positive changes that education created for students in the Washington Heights neighborhood of NYC. Students from low-income households often lack access to early learning resources, sometimes beginning school a year or two already behind their peers.

Many Latino students also face the added challenge of simultaneously learning two languages: Spanish and English. We aim to break the cycles of poverty that leave Latino students from low-income households behind.

We want NYC Latino students to thrive as they achieve their God-given potential.
